We are actively looking for an experienced UKG Consultant with strong expertise in UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions), Timekeeping, Accruals, and Scheduling solutions. If you enjoy working on large-scale workforce management implementations and collaborating across enterprise teams, this could be a great opportunity. 🔹 Top Skills Required: ✔️ Timekeeper ✔️ Accruals ✔️ Advanced Scheduler / Forecaster 🔹 Key Responsibilities: • Lead and support UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions) implementations and enhancements • Gather requirements, develop designs, configure solutions, and provide production support • Work across the complete project lifecycle from design through deployment and support • Configure and support Timekeeping, Scheduling, and Workforce Management solutions • Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to deliver scalable workforce solutions • Support integrations across legacy and enterprise systems • Work with cross-functional teams in large enterprise environments 🔹 Required Experience: • 10+ years of UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions), Workforce Central, or ADP eTime experience • Strong expertise in Timekeeper, Accruals, Advanced Scheduler, and Forecaster • Experience with end-to-end implementation and support projects • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to work in multi-vendor and enterprise environments 🔹 Nice to Have: • Experience with Mobile, Analytics, Activities, and additional UKG Pro WFM modules
