About Mindset Care, Inc.Mindset was founded to create a better experience for those with a mental illness and their caregivers in applying for Social Security Disability benefits.Our team of Social Security Disability lawyers and representatives has helped thousands of individuals through the arduous process of obtaining Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) and/or Supplemental Security income (SSI) through the Social Security Administration.About the RoleWe are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Fee Tracking Coordinator to support our legal operations team. This position is responsible for tracking payments, researching outstanding balances, maintaining accurate records, and communicating with internal and external stakeholders regarding payment status.Key ResponsibilitiesTrack and monitor payments through various stages of processing.Maintain accurate records and documentation within firm systems.Research missing, delayed, or incomplete payments.Follow established procedures to resolve payment discrepancies.Communicate with government agencies, clients, and internal team members as needed.Prepare reports and updates regarding payment status and outstanding items.Organize and manage high volumes of information with accuracy.Support attorneys and legal staff with administrative and operational tasks.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.Comfortable working with spreadsheets, databases, and technology.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to investigate issues, gather information, and follow processes to resolution.Preferred QualificationsExperience in administrative support, customer service, billing, banking, insurance, healthcare administration, or legal support.Experience working with spreadsheets and data tracking.Prior experience in a high-volume office environment.What We OfferComprehensive training programCompetitive compensationMedical, dental, and vision benefitsPaid time off and holidaysRemote work opportunitiesCareer growth within legal operations and case managementThis role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with details, and helping ensure important payments are properly tracked and received.
