No. of Years: 3 to 4 years of relevant industry experience. Location: Coppull, Chorley (Care Home). Key Traits/Skills: - Strategic leadership & decision-making. - Full accountability for CQC compliance and ratings. - Budgeting & financial oversight. - Excellent stakeholder communication (families, authorities, healthcare professionals). - Strong problem-solving & crisis management. - Ability to drive continuous improvement and service excellence Mandatory.
