We are hiring an experienced Business Analyst (P&O / Archiving & DMS) for a large-scale enterprise transformation initiative focused on Document Management Systems (DMS) and Enterprise Archiving solutions.The role involves working closely with business and technology teams to analyse current document management processes, gather business requirements, support migration activities, and help deliver future-state DMS and archiving solutions. Candidates must have strong hands-on experience in Archiving and DMS environments.Key Responsibilities:Gather, analyse, and document business & functional requirementsSupport DMS and archiving solution design and implementationAnalyse document repositories, retention policies, metadata, and taxonomy structuresDevelop process flows, user stories, migration documentation, and functional specificationsCoordinate with P&O stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and implementation partnersSupport migration, testing, UAT, validation, and rollout activitiesDrive issue resolution, risk management, and project coordination across global teamsWork on enterprise document archiving strategies, document lifecycle management, and compliance processesSupport data archival, document retention, and records management initiatives across enterprise systemsMust Have Skills:Strong experience in Archiving and DMS projectsBusiness Analyst experience in DMS / Enterprise Archiving / Records Management projectsHands-on experience with document archival processes, retention policies, and compliance requirementsUnderstanding of document governance, metadata, taxonomy, retention, and access managementStrong requirement gathering and documentation skillsExperience supporting migration, implementation, and testing activitiesExperience working with enterprise document repositories and archival solutionsStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsAnalytical and problem-solving mindsetHands-on and proactive delivery approachNice to Have:Experience with Informatica archiving solutionsKnowledge of SharePoint, OpenText, or similar DMS platformsExposure to Workday and HR/P&O systemsExperience in global transformation or separation programsCBAP or similar BA certification📍 Location: Fully Remote📅 Start Date: ASAP (Latest by June)📄 Contract Duration: Till End of the Year🌍 Global Transformation Program – Supporting 70+ CountriesIf interested, please share your updated resume or connect for more details.👩‍💼 Contact Person: Ramya📩 Email: recruitment@pcsdigitaltech.com📞 Contact: 9886824668
