You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, introducing them to the company’s blend of social intelligence, community management, brand protection, and technology-driven solutions. Your primary responsibility is to generate and set qualified appointments for Account Executives (AEs), ensuring a seamless handoff of high-potential opportunities. You will understand each prospect’s social media challenges and demonstrate how services such as social listening, crisis management, content moderation, and strategic consultancy can help protect and grow their brand online.
