• Support the Projects Department in running automated targeted outreach campaigns • Create process maps detailing the technical implementation of automated client interaction strategies • Design, build, test, and refine scalable texting campaigns • Maintain quality control checks and monitor the delivery of outgoing messages • Utilize internal business intelligence software (Looker) to monitor campaign operations and key process metrics • Gather messaging and software insights to develop recommendations for process improvements • Collaborate with the Outreach Analytics team to identify key touchpoints and opportunities to identify target segments and develop impactful experiences for our clients • Define reporting requirements and build dimensions and measures for dashboards and reports • Collaborate with cross-functional analysts and other internal stakeholders to align campaign implementation with project goals and deliverables.
