What We're Looking ForStrong hands-on Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud implementation experienceRedwood UX – MandatoryExperience with Redwood Enablement, Profile Options, Page Configuration & PersonalizationRedwood migration, readiness assessment, functional testing & quarterly feature adoptionStrong experience in one or more HCM modules – Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Compensation, OTL, Talent, Recruiting, Learning, Performance, Benefits, Journeys etc.Experience with Oracle AI Agents / AI capabilities in HCM is highly preferredStrong functional skills in Requirement Gathering, Solution Design, Configuration, SIT, UAT, Go-Live & HypercareKnowledge of HDL, HSDL, HCM Extracts, BIP, OTBI, Workflows & Fast FormulaGood understanding of OIC, REST APIs & HCM integrationsStrong client-facing, communication & stakeholder management skillsIdeal Candidate8+ years Oracle HCM implementation | 5+ years Fusion HCM | Hands-on Redwood UX mandatory | AI HCM exposure preferred.
