REMOTE SALES REPRESENTATIVE – RESIDENTIAL CLEANING
Green Cleaning DFW is looking for a sales rep who thinks fast, reads people, and figures things out in real time.
We are an eco-friendly residential house cleaning company that has served Rockwall County, Texas — just east of Dallas — and the surrounding communities since 2009. We have strong demand, a great product, and a steady stream of homeowners reaching out for quotes every day. What we need is someone who can pick up the phone, connect with people quickly, and take a homeowner from interested to booked — on the first call.
We use the NEPQ sales framework — a conversational approach built around questions, not pitches.
WHAT THE DAY ACTUALLY LOOKS LIKE
Leads come in through our website, social media, and the phone. Your job is to reach out fast — call, text, email — and get them booked. Some leads close on the first call. Others you will follow up with for days before they pick up. The salespeople who thrive here get energized by the variety — because what worked on the last call might not work on the next one. You will use GoHighLevel for calls and SMS, and Google Workspace for email. The tools are set up — you just need to run with them.

SHIFTS AVAILABLE
- Day Shift: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST
- Afternoon & Weekend Shift: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday, 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM CST
Please indicate which shift you are interested in when you apply. Training takes place Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST regardless of shift.
WHAT YOU WILL GET
- $1,200 USD per month base + $50 USD per new recurring client after their 3rd completed cleaning — commission is uncapped. A strong closer can earn $3,500+ per month

To receive payment as an independent contractor from a US company, you will need the appropriate business registration for your country (for example, MEI/CNPJ in Brazil, RUT in Colombia, RFC in Mexico). If you do not already have this set up, you must be willing to obtain it before your start date.
