Responsibilities
Role Overview:
- Full-time remote Graphic Designer responsible for creating customer-ready designs for vehicle wraps, boat wraps, signage, banners, window graphics, apparel, and other large-format print materials.
- The designer will work closely with the Project Manager to turn customer briefs, written instructions, and verbal direction into production-ready designs from initial concept through final approval.
- The role requires strong attention to detail, reliable execution, accurate time tracking, and the ability to work within established processes and deadlines.
Core Responsibilities:
- Design vehicle wraps, boat wraps, decals, signage, and large-format graphics based on customer briefs and Project Manager instructions.
- Translate written and verbal direction into accurate design concepts and final production files.
- Track design time accurately using the assigned project management and time-tracking system.
- Record time live while working on projects and avoid estimating or backdating time entries.
- Communicate proactively with the Project Manager when a project may require more time than originally expected.
- Complete revisions efficiently within the defined revision process.
- Maintain organized design files and ensure final files are production-ready.
- Follow established SOPs, workflows, and quality standards consistently.
- Participate in regular team alignment meetings, particularly during the initial onboarding period.
- Work efficiently while maintaining consistent design quality and accuracy.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 3+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably involving vehicle wraps, signage, decals, or large-format print production.
- Portfolio demonstrating experience with full vehicle wrap designs, partial wraps, decals and graphics, and large-format designs.
- Strong technical proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Understanding of production-ready artwork and print requirements.
- Comfortable working with time tracking and project management systems.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to understand instructions, clarify questions, and respond professionally to feedback.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated remote workspace.
- Full-time daytime availability aligned with the required business hours.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Illustration skills, particularly mascot, character, or custom graphic work.
- Experience working with signage, print, vehicle graphics, or large-format production.
- Experience working with US-based clients or print businesses.
- Familiarity with ClickUp, Trello, or similar project management platforms.
- Previous experience in an environment where design time and project hours are closely tracked.
- Strong understanding of bleed and trim requirements, file resolution, color matching, print specifications, production limitations, and scalable vector artwork.
Performance Standards:
- Accurately track all working time through the assigned time-tracking system.
- Maintain consistent productivity while meeting quality standards.
- Complete standard full-wrap projects within the expected design-time range.
- Complete revisions efficiently and accurately.
- Never backdate, estimate, or manipulate time entries.
- Proactively communicate potential scope, timing, or production issues.
- Follow established processes and SOPs consistently.
- Maintain organized files and production-ready output.
Work Setup:
