Responsibilities

We’re seeking a Deployment Lead to own the successful release and deployment of business transformation initiatives, driving end-to-end deployment readiness, adoption planning, risk management, and executive communications across multiple program releases.What You’ll Do:Lead deployment planning and execution for program releases from readiness through post-deployment stabilizationCoordinate cross-functional teams to ensure deployment milestones and release objectives are metDrive organizational readiness, change management, training alignment, and user adoptionDevelop executive-level status reports, deployment dashboards, and leadership presentationsIdentify, assess, and proactively escalate risks, issues, and dependenciesManage critical path activities across multiple interconnected workstreamsEstablish deployment metrics and KPIs to measure release effectiveness and adoptionFacilitate governance reviews and leadership decision-making processesWhat We’re Looking For:7+ years of program, deployment, release management, or PMO experienceStrong understanding of Lead-to-Cash business processes and enterprise transformation programsExperience managing complex deployments involving multiple stakeholders and business functionsStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven approachExcellent executive communication and presentation skillsProven ability to influence stakeholders and diplomatically uncover risks and gapsExperience with critical path and dependency managementPreferred:Advanced Excel, Power BI, and dashboard development experienceStrong PowerPoint and executive reporting skillsPMO leadership experienceExperience supporting Quote-to-Cash, Supply Chain, Product Operations, or Services organizationsInterested candidates can share their resume at: minakshi.k@worknovasllc.com
