We are ideally looking for someone based in LATAM for the following role:
Lead Creative Manager:
If you’ve been looking for an opportunity to work behind the scenes for some of the biggest content creators in the world and work at a company currently generating over 5 billion views per year on socials, then keep reading.
About Mirror Media Marketing:
We’re a fast-growing marketing agency helping top content creators and podcasters grow their audiences across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and beyond. We repurpose long-form content into short-form viral clips and graphics that drive views, engagement, and business growth. We’re obsessed with helping creators win, and we’re looking for someone who is too.
The Role:
We're looking for a Lead Creative Manager to lead our editing team and review batches of content before it’s sent to clients, catching anything off-brand, weak, or unlikely to perform.
You'll lead a pod of video editors and designers, setting clear expectations, communicating specifically and directly about what needs to improve, and making sure everyone on the team knows exactly what "good" looks like.
You'll give the editing team direct, specific feedback, hold them accountable to daily output and deadlines, and make sure no content slips through that doesn't have a high potential to go viral.
You'll also be accountable for client results. When a client's views or followers dip, you're the one digging into the account to figure out why, then working with editors to course-correct fast. Your job is to make sure clients keep seeing growth, stay excited about the work, and never have a reason to leave.
This role suits someone who's obsessed with social media and performance, is genuinely good at leading and communicating with a team, and has a high attention to detail.
What You’ll Own and Do:
• Creative & Quality Control: Oversee all content before it’s sent to clients. Ensure each piece of content is up to quality, including: storytelling, hook strength, catching spelling errors and glitches, and platform fit. Nothing gets to the clients eyes without your sign-off.
• Content Strategy & Performance: Analyze video performance across clients and guide the team toward what’s working. Spot patterns, test new hooks, and refine our approach to short-form growth.
• Workflow & Process Oversight: Own the daily flow of content production, ensuring videos are reviewed, revised, and delivered on schedule. This includes coordinating with editors, reviewing content promptly, and keeping the entire creative pipeline unblocked and on track.
• Hands-On Support (as needed): Jump into Premiere Pro to troubleshoot, guide edits, or source content when necessary. Be a player-coach, not just a critic.
•Brand & Creator Alignment: Understand each client’s brand, tone, and goals deeply. Help editors consistently hit the mark with every video.
•Sourcing Clips: Watching podcasts/YouTube videos and identifying the best moments for clips for the editing team to edit.
What We’re Looking For:
• 2-3+ years in content production, with a heavy focus on short-form video (TikTok, Reels, Shorts).
• Deep understanding of social platforms, trends, and what makes content go viral.
• Experience managing or leading a team, comfortable setting expectations, giving direct feedback, and holding people accountable
• Excellent, clear, and specific communicator, both in written feedback and 1:1 conversations
• Exceptional pattern recognition and editorial judgment, can spot a great clip from a mile away.• Advanced-level in Adobe Premiere Pro and short-form editing standards.
• Organized, detail-obsessed, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and excellent at giving and receiving constructive feedback.
• EST hours
• Fluent english skills and very high attention to detail to be able to spot mistakes
• Comfortable using tools like Discord, Google Drive, ClickUp, and Slack.
Why This Role Matters:
You'll play a direct part in helping some of the biggest creators in the world grow their brands, your sign-off is one of the last checkpoints before content reaches millions of people. The quality bar you hold shapes whether clients stay, refer us, and trust us with more.
As we keep scaling, this role has real room to grow, shaping how our entire creative team operates.
If you're looking for a "just chill and review videos" role, this isn't it. But if you want to help build something industry-shaping, you're in the right place.
Why Us:

• Remote-first, flexibility built in
• Work with high-level creators and brands
