We develop transaction infrastructure, real-time blockchain data services, protocol integrations, monitoring systems, APIs, and developer tools for companies operating production onchain applications. We are an engineering-focused company, not a token project. The Role We're looking for a Senior Blockchain Backend Engineer to build the core systems that power our infrastructure platform. You'll own transaction pipelines, blockchain data processing, real-time event delivery, and the APIs our customers depend on. This is our most critical engineering hire — the backend is the product. What You'll Build Transaction simulation, validation, submission, and confirmation tracking systems Multi-RPC provider orchestration with intelligent routing and failover Real-time blockchain data processing and event delivery pipelines REST, gRPC, and WebSocket APIs serving as our primary product interface Retry protection, idempotency guarantees, and duplicate transaction prevention Webhook infrastructure for reliable event delivery to customer applications Structured logging, distributed tracing, and operational metrics across all services Health monitoring, alerting, and automated recovery workflows What We're Looking For 4+ years backend engineering experience building production distributed systems Strong proficiency in at least two of: Rust, Go, TypeScript/Node.js Deep experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, and message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ) Proven track record designing APIs (REST, gRPC, or WebSocket) at scale Solid understanding of idempotency, eventual consistency, circuit breakers, and failover strategies Experience with event-driven architectures and real-time data pipelines Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and infrastructure-as-code tools Experience implementing observability: structured logging, Prometheus/Grafana, OpenTelemetry Strong API security knowledge: authentication, rate limiting, input validation Nice to Have Experience with blockchain infrastructure: RPC providers, transaction lifecycle, or event indexing Familiarity with Solana or EVM internals (nonce management, gas estimation, blockhash handling) Experience building multi-tenant SaaS with usage metering Background in financial systems or latency-sensitive data pipelines Contributions to open-source infrastructure projects Tech Stack Rust, Go, TypeScript, Node.js, PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka, gRPC, WebSockets, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana What We Offer Competitive compensation with transparent structure Fully remote — work from anywhere Meaningful equity as a foundational team member Direct access to technical leadership and product decisions Flexible hours — we measure output, not hours Professional development budget A team that values reliability, security, and honest communication Our Commitment You will never be asked to transfer money, purchase tokens, deposit cryptocurrency, reveal private keys, connect personal wallets, pay recruitment fees, or complete unpaid production work.
