What you must bring to the table: Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field. Semi Senior or Senior experience level. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and cost estimating software (experience with Smartsheet is a plus). Experience in cost estimation, document control, quality estimation, and budgeting. ⁠Knowledge of architectural terminology. Experience leading and motivating teams.
