Job Details: - Role: Dutch-Speaking Support Specialist – E-commerce Platform. - Location: Portugal – Fully Remote. - Employment type: Full-time. - Starting dates: 9 or 16 November 2026. The Offer: - Base salary: €1,434.82 gross/month. - Meal allowance. - Holiday and Christmas allowances paid monthly. - 22 days of paid annual leave + Portuguese public holidays. - Health insurance from day one. - Paid training: 6 days, 8 hours per day. - Training compensation upon successful completion. - Full-time Portuguese employment contract (40 hours/week). Requirements: - Dutch: Native or C1+ - English: B2+ - Strong communication and problem-solving skills. - Comfortable using digital tools and customer management systems. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment. - Customer-focused mindset and attention to detail. - Previous customer support experience is an advantage, but not mandatory. Your Role: - Provide customer support via phone and email. - Assist with enquiries related to orders, deliveries, payments, and returns. - Troubleshoot customer issues and provide effective solutions. - Support external sellers with their questions and needs. - Provide information about digital products and platform services. - Escalate complex issues to the relevant internal teams. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow internal processes.
