Role Overview: - CKC Technologies LLC is looking for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Native Mandarin Speaker to support our e-commerce operations and coordinate with suppliers across Asia. Key Responsibilities: - Communicate with Chinese suppliers and factories via WeChat, email, and phone. - Assist with purchasing, sourcing, order tracking, and shipment coordination. - Support product listings, stock updates, and supplier negotiations. - Translate product information and documents between Mandarin and English. - Maintain supplier records and prepare reports using Microsoft Excel. - Travel to China or Hong Kong for supplier meetings and factory visits when required. Requirements: - Native Mandarin speaker with good written and spoken English. - Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook. - Previous experience in e-commerce, purchasing, sourcing, or supplier management is an advantage. - Punctual, reliable, organized, and willing to learn. - Able to work independently and travel internationally when required. - Must have the right to work in the UAE if Dubai-based.
