Our partner is looking for an AI Adoption Lead based in United States.The AI Adoption Lead bridges the gap between AI deployment and the people, processes, and organizational changes required to realize lasting business value. Embedded within a specific business unit, this role combines change management, organizational design, workforce strategy, coaching, and capability building. You will help employees transition from experimenting with AI to confidently integrating AI into everyday work. The role will shape how jobs, skills, workflows, management practices, and team structures evolve as AI adoption scales. Working closely with business leaders and cross-functional partners, you will use workforce and adoption data to guide transformation decisions. This is a highly strategic, people-centered opportunity for someone passionate about creating responsible, practical, and sustainable AI-augmented workplaces.Accountabilities:You will lead business-unit-level AI adoption efforts, helping leaders and employees navigate organizational change while designing the skills, roles, structures, and workflows needed for AI-enabled work.Partner with organizational change management teams to design and execute AI adoption strategies that move employees from experimentation to effective, sustained adoption.Develop stakeholder engagement plans, resistance-mapping approaches, influence strategies, and networks of AI champions and superusers.Monitor adoption signals and adjust interventions based on real-time usage and workforce data.Address employee concerns, anxiety, trust, and psychological safety throughout AI transformation initiatives.Deconstruct tasks across business-unit roles to determine what AI can automate, augment, or create.Redesign job descriptions, role profiles, job families, career pathways, and role-leveling frameworks to reflect evolving human-AI responsibilities.Identify roles potentially affected by AI-driven changes and develop proactive transition pathways.Assess AI fluency and capability gaps across functions, levels, and workforce segments, and develop targeted learning and enablement programs.Integrate AI capability building into everyday workflows and equip managers to lead AI-augmented teams.Build dynamic skills supply-and-demand models that account for both human employees and AI agents.Identify future workforce requirements over a 12–36 month horizon and inform build, buy, borrow, or automate decisions.Support scenario planning for workforce structure and headcount as AI adoption expands.Assess organizational structures and recommend changes to spans, layers, team composition, management accountabilities, and human-agent workflows.Identify and pilot new operating models, including human-in-the-loop decision-making approaches.Promote active participation in AI transformation while addressing fear, mistrust, equity concerns, and responsible AI considerations.Partner with talent and learning teams to deliver manager programs focused on judgment, coaching, and human-AI workflow oversight.Own the business unit's AI adoption measurement framework and develop meaningful metrics covering usage, frequency, depth, and adoption health.Partner with technology teams to make adoption data accessible and actionable, while identifying informal or shadow AI usage and channeling it toward governed adoption.Analyze adoption across workforce segments and share insights with enterprise transformation teams to inform broader AI strategy.Requirements:The ideal candidate combines deep experience in people-focused transformation with strong business acumen, organizational design capabilities, data literacy, and hands-on familiarity with AI tools.8+ years of experience in change management, HR transformation, organizational effectiveness, organizational development, or related people-focused roles.Demonstrated experience leading large-scale technology or digital transformation initiatives from the people and organizational perspective.Strong understanding of change management frameworks and the ability to adapt them to AI-driven transformation.Experience in workforce planning, role design, job architecture, or related organizational disciplines.Ability to establish trust and credibility with business-unit leaders as well as frontline employees.Strong data literacy and comfort using adoption metrics and workforce analytics to inform decisions.Personal proficiency with AI tools and genuine enthusiasm for AI-augmented ways of working.Experience working directly within a business unit is preferred.Exposure to agentic AI, automation workflow design, or human-in-the-loop process redesign is preferred.Background in learning and development or large-scale capability building is a plus.Knowledge of organizational design principles and structural assessment methodologies is preferred.Experience with skills-based talent models and dynamic workforce planning tools is advantageous.Relevant industry knowledge aligned with the assigned business unit is beneficial.Certification or coursework in AI transformation leadership is a plus.Benefits:Compensation structured as On-Target Earnings (OTE), including base salary and any applicable target bonus;
