Job Title: Engineering Leadership Development Program - Systems EngineerThe Engineering Leadership Development Program (ELDP) is a challenging 3-year rotational program created to accelerate the development of highly qualified, motivated engineers by exposing them to different program types, business units, geographic locations and elements of the design life cycle. Participants are also paired with a mentor to guide their development through the program. Additionally, participants will have access to education assistance, robust training, and cross-functional engagement to accelerate their career growth.Job Duties:Perform operational analysis and develop concept of operations, design and implementation plansDevelop test plans, procedures & casesConduct tests and document resultsUse software tools, scripting and software/hardware troubleshootingAnalyze systems requirements from end systems and usersSupports development and evaluation of complex system designs and architecturesDevelop and deliver presentations to communicate design activity plans and status to internal and external customersQualifications:To be eligible, applicants must be pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, Aviation, Aerospace Engineering, or have completed their Bachelor’s degree within the last 12 months, regardless of age.Ability to relocate every 12 months for the 3-year duration of the program.Preferred Skills:Coursework and/or experience in systems engineering, systems architecture, systems analysis and design, system performance modeling, integration and/or project management, and/or model-based systems engineeringFamiliar with RhapsodyIn compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C, Denver, or NYC areas is [$71,000.00 MIN - $132,000.00 MAX]. The salary range for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, and Vermont is [$62,000.00 MIN - $115,000.00 MAX]. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
