Title: Social Media Content Strategist — US Real Estate + Rental Marketplace (Part-Time, Remote, Long-Term)
We're New York Online Realty, a licensed real estate brokerage on Long Island, New York, and AllSpaces (allspaces.com), our platform where property owners rent out any space they own: driveways, garages, backyards, warehouses, boat slips, land, apartments and houses.
We have two marketing VAs who execute well. We're hiring the person who comes up with the ideas.
What you'll do
The role is 70–80% strategy, 20–30% hands-on production. Every week you deliver a researched content idea pipeline for both brands, write briefs for our two VAs, produce 1–2 pieces yourself, and track what actually drove sign-ups and calls, not views. Monthly, you write a one-page read on what's working in US real estate and rental content and what we should copy or stop.
Before anything gets made here, we answer five questions: who is watching, why are they watching, where are they from and on which platform, what are they already consuming, and when do they consume it. If that sounds obvious to you, keep reading.
Who you are
You understand American audiences and New York specifically. You live on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and Reddit daily and try new formats on your own. You bring ideas before anyone asks, and when one works you keep going deeper without being told. You can script, edit, caption and post on your own, and you can decide per piece whether it should be a real person on camera or AI, and explain why. Excellent written and spoken English.
Details
Part-time, 20 hours/week, long-term. Must overlap US Eastern mornings for a short daily check-in. Paid hourly via Wise or PayPal. Strong work earns more hours at the same rate first; that's how every person on our team grows.
