We care deeply about simple, useful, and delightful experiences—and we’re looking for a designer who does too. The role We’re seeking a UI/UX Designer to turn user needs and product ideas into intuitive, polished digital experiences. You’ll work closely with product, engineering, and leadership to shape the experience from early concepts through launch. What you’ll do Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces for web and mobile products Translate product requirements and user feedback into clear, usable solutions Conduct or support user research, usability testing, and competitive reviews Build and maintain a consistent design system Collaborate with engineers to ensure designs are implemented accurately Improve existing product experiences using user behavior and performance insights Present design decisions clearly to teammates and stakeholders What we’re looking for 2+ years of UI/UX or product design experience A strong portfolio showing thoughtful, user-centered digital product work Proficiency with Figma and modern prototyping tools Strong understanding of interaction design, visual hierarchy, responsive design, and accessibility Ability to balance customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints Excellent communication and collaboration skills Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced startup environment Nice to have Experience designing SaaS, B2B, mobile, or consumer products Familiarity with HTML/CSS or front-end development workflows Experience creating or maintaining design systems Experience with analytics, user research, or A/B testing What we offer Competitive equity based on contribution Flexible remote work Ownership over meaningful product decisions A collaborative team with room to grow Interested?
