Senior Operations Manager / Head of Operations - $1,700-$2,300 USD/Month
I’m hiring a Senior Operations Manager / Head of Operations for a growing North American cleaning company doing approximately 700 cleans per month.
This is a senior leadership position. It is not an entry-level role, VA position, coordinator position, or traditional admin job.
We are looking for someone who has already operated at a high level inside a company and knows how to own an operation, manage teams, improve KPIs, and drive the business forward.
What You'll Own
You will oversee the performance and development of multiple departments:
Sales
Recruiting
Dispatch
Customer Service
You will be responsible for making sure these departments are performing, hitting their KPIs, and continuously improving.
Your responsibilities will include:
Manage, train, coach, and monitor department leaders and team members
Track and review KPIs across all departments
Identify problems and performance gaps quickly
Create and implement plans to improve weak KPIs
Hold teams accountable for results
Improve processes, systems, and workflows
Recruit, train, and develop strong team members
Run regular team meetings and performance reviews
Identify bottlenecks between departments and fix them
Work directly with ownership on company goals and priorities
Turn company goals into clear targets for each department
Drive rapid improvement across the operation
Take ownership of problems instead of waiting for someone else to solve them
