Are you the kind of designer who gets excited about turning a brand guide into an email that people actually want to open?We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our remote team and create beautiful, engaging email experiences for some of the fastest-growing eCommerce brands.💻 What you’ll be doingYou’ll work closely with our Lifecycle Marketing Managers, Copywriters, and Technicians to bring campaigns to life across email and other channels.Your day-to-day will roughly look like:🎨 60% — Email template design & building📩 30% — Ongoing client campaign design💬 10% — Communication, coordination & meetingsYou’ll be creating:Email templates, campaigns, flows & opt-insIcons, UI elements, GIFs & animationsBanners and other creative assetsGraphics for channels like WhatsApp and SMSDesigns that work beautifully across mobile, desktop and dark modeYou’ll also have the opportunity to present your work to clients, receive feedback, and take ownership of the creative direction of your projects.✨ You should have:Previous work experience for marketing agencyExpert-level skills in Figma & Adobe Creative SuiteStrong understanding of typography, hierarchy, color, layout & whitespaceExperience designing and building emails in an ESPExperience with Klaviyo is a big plusUnderstanding of email accessibility, dark mode & mobile optimizationAbility to create GIFs and animated elementsBasic HTML/CSS knowledge (no coding required!)Ability to work confidently with brand/style guidesExcellent attention to detail and willingness to iterate based on feedbackAbility to manage multiple projects and quick turnaround timesConfidence communicating with clients and presenting your workWhat you’ll get:✨ 100% remote - work from wherever you work best✨ Professional development -reimbursement for courses, books, subscriptions and more✨ Variety & growth - work across different brands, industries and creative styles while constantly developing your skillsIf you’re a designer who loves great visuals, creative problem-solving, and seeing your work come to life in real campaigns, we’d love to hear from you!
