Responsibilities

• As the Finance/ Investment associate, you will use finance knowledge to help create and build investors' relationships for our 10 companies. In this role is responsible you'll work with startups to develop their investor's deck, their investment strategy, and match suitable investors in the region and globally. You will be expected to research and compile targeted investors and decision-makers, build a rapport with them drive interest towards our startups. • Help companies curate their funding model • Prepare companies with reliable and qualified financial data for investors to review • Determines cost of operations: collecting operational data and validate information. • Identifies financial status by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts. • Guide cost analysis process by providing trends, forecasts and comparative data; explaining processes and techniques; recommending actions. • Improves financial status by analyzing results; monitoring variances; identifying trends; recommending actions to management. • Reconciles transactions by comparing and correcting data. • Recommends actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses; studying proposed changes in • Increases productivity by developing automated accounting applications; coordinating information requirements. • Protects operations by keeping financial information confidential. • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. • Able to jump in and complete any task quickly and effectively with multi companies simultaneously. • Be a problem solver and effective communicator to help navigate. • A drive to get better every single day and are always looking for opportunities to learn. • A positive outlook, desire to learn and meet new people, lots of energy and enthusiasm. • Support Program Manager and Managing Director through the program in areas of hosting visitors, social and business events, demo day and engaging with mentors and investors.
