Requirements and responsibilities

Requirements: - Fluent in English—written and spoken. - Proven experience managing LinkedIn for a B2B brand (portfolio required with application). - Comfortable with CRM tools; HubSpot experience is a strong plus. - Self-starter who can manage a content calendar without daily oversight. - Background in real estate, construction, or property services is a major advantage. - Familiar with outbound email tools or willing to learn quickly. Responsibilities: Social Media (approx. 60% of time): - Manage and grow our LinkedIn presence with B2B content targeting SFR investors and asset management companies. - Create before/after project content from photos and field reports. - Manage Instagram and Facebook for Skyward Rentals targeting insurance guests and corporate renters. - Schedule, post, monitor engagement, and grow followers consistently. Business Development (approx. 40% of time): - Research and build prospect lists of SFR portfolio companies, asset managers, and ALE/insurance partners. - Run outbound email sequences using Instantly.ai. - Maintain and update HubSpot CRM with lead activity and follow-ups. - Support LinkedIn outreach via Sales Navigator.
