Responsibilities: Social Media (approx. 60% of time): - Manage and grow our LinkedIn presence with B2B content targeting SFR investors and asset management companies. - Create before/after project content from photos and field reports. - Manage Instagram and Facebook for Skyward Rentals targeting insurance guests and corporate renters. - Schedule, post, monitor engagement, and grow followers consistently. Business Development (approx. 40% of time): - Research and build prospect lists of SFR portfolio companies, asset managers, and ALE/insurance partners. - Run outbound email sequences using Instantly.ai. - Maintain and update HubSpot CRM with lead activity and follow-ups. - Support LinkedIn outreach via Sales Navigator.
