Partner with Engineering, Product, and Operations to design and implement tools that make underwriting in surplus lines smoother and smarter.What you’ll need3+ years of experience in a wholesale underwriting or production role, with a strong record of success in E&S.Active home state general and surplus lines licensesProducer mindset. You know how to sell, build relationships, and close deals.Fast-paced execution. You thrive in a high-volume environment and can generate quotes and service policies at speed without sacrificing quality.Clear communicator. You write crisply, speak clearly, and can adapt your tone to agents, carriers, and teammates.Organized and accountable. You juggle multiple priorities, track every detail, and don’t drop the ball.Problem-solver. When something breaks, you figure it out. When something’s missing, you build it.Team-first attitude. You roll up your sleeves, help your teammates, and celebrate shared wins.A valid driver’s license and openness to occasional travel.LocationThis is a remote position.
