For more information, visit www.FineTuneUS.com.Job OverviewFine Tune is recruiting for a National Account Manager to join our Uniform and Facility Services team. When Fine Tune negotiates and implements a new uniform and facility service agreement on behalf of our clients, our National Accounts team ensures they get what they signed up for. This role will be responsible for managing approximately $19M in client supplier spend. This fully remote role requires US residency.ResponsibilitiesManage the life cycle of a Fine Tune client, to include data gathering, implementation, and on-going client interactionEnsure stated savings projections are met and identify the cause of any discrepanciesIdentify new opportunities to drive savings for our clients which increases revenue to Fine TuneTrack credits, tasks, and other relevant data points in our CRM and other online platformsRespond to client service issues and address questionsAssist in client renewals and client expansions into other service offeringsReport overcharges/non-compliance to suppliers on behalf of our clients and follow up until such corrections occurPerform other job-related duties as assignedQualificationsBachelor’s degree or 5+ years of relevant work experience with a proven track record5+ years of intermediate-level Excel experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to develop and present business cases to clientProject manage all phases of a client engagementStrong critical thinking skillsDetail-oriented and organizedAbility to work remotely in a space free from distractionsAccountable to yourself and your teammatesBenefitsHealth/dental/vision/life/disability insuranceHealth plan includes HSA and FSA plansPaid time off and paid holidays401K with employer matchCompetitive salary with significant bonus opportunities40-50 hours/week
