Responsibilities

We are looking for a Salesforce Developer with at least 3 years of hands-on experience building, integrating, and maintaining Salesforce-based solutions. The ideal candidate has strong experience working with Salesforce alongside modern backend and cloud technologies and is comfortable collaborating in an international, English-speaking environment. This role requires solid technical judgment, clean coding practices, and the ability to work on complex integrations and custom solutions. Key Responsibilities * Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations. * Build and maintain backend services and integrations between Salesforce and external systems. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, QA, and stakeholders) in an Agile environment. * Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. * Ensure code quality, performance, security, and best practices across all implementations. * Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes. Required Technical Skills * Salesforce experience plus at least one of the following combinations: * Salesforce + Python (APIs, integrations, backend services) * Salesforce + Revenue Cloud (CPQ, pricing, billing, and revenue processes) * Salesforce + NestJS + React (NestJS mandatory; NextJS does not apply) * Salesforce + Service Cloud (case management, workflows, automation) Required Experience & Qualifications * 3+ years of professional experience as a Salesforce Developer or Salesforce Engineer. * Strong knowledge of Salesforce core concepts (Apex, LWC, SOQL, integrations). * Experience working with REST APIs and system integrations. * Hands-on experience with at least one backend technology (Python or NestJS). * Solid understanding of cloud-based architectures. * Ability to communicate effectively in Business English (spoken and written). Nice to Have * Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. * Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Service Cloud, or Revenue Cloud). * Experience working with international or distributed teams.
