Tasks:Developing 3D models for drone showsDeveloping animations and transitions for drone showsRunning physics checks and making correctionsDeveloping take-off and landing sequencesImplementing feedback according to the technical or client requirementsCreating static preview and animation preview rendersAssembling ready shows and preparing them for flightWork closely with artists in the team and supervise them on the technical sideEnsuring that the output resembles the creative and artistic decisions made priorWork closely with project managers, sales managers & creative directorHelping team members in solving the problems the production faces on a day-to-day basisWork with the creative director together to manage the day-to-day running of the team and to evaluate artist schedules, ensuring they are realistic and achievableAttend desk rounds with all members of the team on a regular basisAttend daily sessions with the team to ensure workflows are being adhered toKeeping up on current technology trends and tools (hardware and software) that best suit the productionRequirements:Bachelor of Arts/Design or 7+ Years industry experience3+ Years industry experience in drone shows, motion design, game-dev (TechArt/Real-Time VFX) or VFXWorking knowledge of physically based simulation techniquesDeep understanding of the CG animation pipelinesExcellent communication skillsWorking knowledge of task-management frameworks and software tools.Working knowledge of the client approval processSolid team management and leadership skills.
