Job Description Job Title: SAP S/4HANA Sales Consultant JOB TYPE: Full-Time JOB LOCATION: Remote with occasional travel JOB SUMMARY: Genesis Consulting is seeking an experienced, forward-thinking SAP S/4HANA SD & Pricing Consultant with a passion for growth and business transformation. We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with strong Sales and Distribution experience to join our team and work closely with a Commercial Healthcare Logistics Client. As the S4HANA SD & Pricing Consultant, you will design and implement SAP S/4HANA SD and Pricing for a global healthcare logistics network, covering B2B contracts, transportation and warehousing services, parcel/air/ground charges, and value-added logistics services for healthcare customers. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Design SD processes for contracts, sales orders, deliveries, shipments, and billing for logistics and distribution services (transport, storage, kitting, relabeling) sold to pharma, med-device, and lab customers.Configure complex pricing for freight, accessorials, surcharges (e.g., cold-chain handling, priority services), storage fees, and value-added services using S/4HANA pricing procedures.Enable charging models like weight/zone-based charges, fuel surcharges, temperature-control fees, and SLA-based premiums, integrated to FI/CO and profitability analysis.Align SD with logistics execution (LE), TM/EWM (where in scope), and parcel/Carrier integrations for rating and freight settlement.Support conversion of existing SD and pricing from legacy SAP to S/4HANA, including condition records, contracts, and customer hierarchies.Work directly with sales, commercial, and operations leaders in healthcare logistics to standardize offerings and price logic across regions. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE 8+ years in SAP SD with 3+ full-cycle S/4HANA implementations (conversion/greenfield), including complex pricing configuration.Deep expertise in O2C processes: sales contracts, order management, delivery/shipment processing, billing, and credit management in S/4HANA.Proven experience configuring pricing procedures with condition types, access sequences, scales, discounts/rebates, and surcharges for service-based businesses.Hands-on experience with SD integration to FI/CO, MM/LE, and transportation management for revenue posting and freight settlement.Demonstrated success in SAP data migration for SD master data, condition records, and transactional data during system conversions.Industry experience in 3PL/4PL logistics, parcel/express carriers, or freight forwarding serving healthcare/pharma clients. Preferred Skills Experience with GDP-compliant billing for temperature-sensitive shipments and regulated products.Working knowledge of EDI/IDoc for order/invoice exchanges with healthcare customers and carriers.Exposure to SAP Fiori apps for sales/pricing and SAP Activate methodology for brownfield conversions.Basic ABAP debugging for pricing routines and custom enhancements. MINIMUM EDUCATION Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Master’s Degree preferred. REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS SAP and/or S/4HANA certifications preferred. OTHER Willingness and ability to travel to client site as needed
