You will coordinate with title companies, prepare and review loan documents using AI-assisted workflows, and ensure smooth funding. Requirements * Located in Latin America (Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Costa Rica preferred). * Fluent English (written and verbal). * Prior experience in mortgage closing or title company operations required. * Familiar with closing documents: mortgages/deeds of trust, notes, settlement statements, title commitments. * Comfortable using AI tools (Gemini) as part of daily workflows. * Available during US business hours (Central or Eastern time). * Reliable internet and quiet workspace. * Must respond to messages within 30 minutes during work hours. What you'll do * Order title and coordinate with title companies throughout the closing process. * Prepare loan documents (notes, mortgages, certifications). * Use AI-assisted workflows to verify document accuracy and catch errors. * Review executed documents for funding approval. * Track post-closing documents (recorded mortgages, lender policies). * Maintain organized loan files in Google Drive. * Follow detailed SOPs with minimal supervision. You won't need to * Send wires or handle funds. * Make underwriting decisions. * Handle loan payoffs or satisfactions.
