As we continue to grow our presence in the optical retail channel, we’re looking for a driven and relationship-focused Key Account Manager to support and scale our wholesale partnerships across North America.In this role, you’ll manage key accounts, drive revenue growth, and partner cross-functionally to deliver a best-in-class experience for our retail partners.What You’ll DoManage and grow relationships with regional and mid-tier optical retail chains across North AmericaSupport the Sales Director in executing national sales strategies and account-level growth plansOwn day-to-day communication with assigned accounts, ensuring strong alignment and responsivenessDrive revenue by identifying upsell opportunities, expanding assortments, and developing new partnershipsLead assortment planning, order forecasting, and sell-through analysis to optimize account performanceProspect and onboard new regional optical accounts aligned with Pair’s growth strategySupport pitch development, proposals, and follow-up with prospective partnersPartner with Sales Operations, Planning, and Logistics teams to ensure accurate order flow and timely replenishmentCollaborate with Trade Marketing and Merchandising on product launches, seasonal campaigns, and assortment updatesSupport account reporting and business reviews, surfacing insights and growth opportunities to leadershipMonitor sell-out data and inventory levels to inform replenishment and planning decisionsTrack and analyze key performance metrics (sales, AOV, returns, attachment rate, campaign performance)Maintain accurate account data and reporting across CRM and internal systems (e.g., Monday, Looker)Who You AreRelationship-driven and highly collaborative, with a strong customer-first mindsetCommercially minded with a strong understanding of sales performance and growth leversDetail-oriented and organized, able to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneouslyProactive and resourceful, with a bias toward action and problem-solvingStrong communicator who can build trust with both internal and external stakeholdersComfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, evolving environmentData-driven and analytical, with the ability to translate insights into actionNeed to Have5-7+ years of experience in account management, wholesale, or B2B sales (preferably in retail, consumer goods, or optical)Experience managing multiple accounts and driving revenue growthStrong analytical skills and experience working with sales and inventory dataProven ability to collaborate cross-functionally across operations, marketing, and planning teamsExcellent communication and relationship management skillsExperience using CRM and reporting toolsNice to HaveExperience in the optical, eyewear, or broader retail industryFamiliarity with wholesale distribution models and retail partner dynamicsExperience with tools like Monday, Looker, or similar CRM/BI platformsExperience supporting product launches or trade marketing initiativesBackground working with regional or national retail chainsSome Benefits and Perks of Working At PairHealth, vision and dental insuranceGenerous vacation policiesCompetitive salaries with equity opportunitiesRetirement savings plan optionsFree eyewear (plus discounts for family and friends)At Pair, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. The pay range for this position is expected to be between $110,000 - $130,000 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. In addition to base salary, this role is also eligible for a discretionary bonus, as well as potential short-term and long-term incentive compensation. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
