Requirements and responsibilities

* Manage day-to-day bookkeeping for multiple entities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance. * Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for accuracy. * Assist with variance analysis, cash-flow tracking, and financial reporting. * Support tax preparation and provide accurate documentation for year-end audits. * Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal accounting regulations. * Collaborate with internal teams and leadership to maintain seamless financial operations across entities. * Maintain timely, precise financial records in QuickBooks (or equivalent) and Excel. Requirements (Must-haves). * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. * 4–5 years of experience as a Bookkeeper, Accountant, or similar role in financial reporting. * Proven experience with accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger management. * Experience preparing financial statements and supporting audit processes. * Strong proficiency with QuickBooks and Excel. * Experience working in a multi-entity, fast-paced environment. * High attention to detail, strong organization, and the ability to meet strict deadlines.
