Business Analyst – Servigistics to analyze, design, and optimize aftermarket service parts management using the PTC Servigistics platform. Responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, documenting functional specifications and user stories, translating business needs into Servigistics configurations, supporting forecasting, inventory optimization, data analysis, testing, training, system monitoring, and post-implementation support. Desired qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 3–8 years of experience as a BA in supply chain or service parts management, experience with Servigistics SPM, SQL and data analysis, and familiarity with ERP platforms; Agile/Scrum experience is a plus.
