Responsibilities
11-month fixed-term contract in County Dublin, Ireland. You’ll support People Leaders across EMEA and LATAM, focusing on performance and behavioral management. Responsibilities include coaching managers, handling employee grievances, developing HR processes, and analyzing data to align HR strategy with business priorities and drive results. You’ll consult and coach people leaders on performance concerns, triage employee grievances and behavioral concerns, and support and enhance manager capabilities. A strong understanding of HR practices and employment law, particularly in the UK and Ireland, is required.
