Wesbuilt Construction Managers is a New York–based construction management firm specializing in complex commercial and interior projects across Corporate Interiors, Hospitality, Retail, Healthcare, and Multi-Family Residential sectors.
We are a process-driven and technology-focused company. Our BIM/VDC team is a strategic function that directly impacts field execution and overall construction outcomes.
The Role
We are seeking a BIM/VDC Coordinator with strong experience in mechanical systems and HVAC coordination to join our team remotely.
This position works directly with field and office teams in the United States and actively participates in real-time technical coordination on active construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead HVAC and mechanical coordination for complex interior projects.
* Perform advanced 3D coordination in Navisworks, including clash detection and QA/QC review.
* Develop and manage construction-focused models in Revit.
* Work with 3D scanning and point cloud data for accurate as-built modeling.
* Participate in live technical coordination meetings with U.S.-based field teams.
* Support the implementation and continuous improvement of BIM standards and BIM Execution Plans.
This role requires technical autonomy, strong engineering judgment, and the ability to anticipate and resolve conflicts before they impact the field.
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years of hands-on BIM/VDC coordination experience in construction projects.
* Proven experience coordinating HVAC and mechanical systems.
* Strong knowledge of mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
* Advanced proficiency in Revit and Navisworks.
* Experience on mid- to large-scale commercial or interior projects.
* Proactive mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
* **Advanced spoken English required. The candidate must be comfortable leading and participating in technical meetings in English.**
