Requirements and responsibilities
We’re looking for a humble, hungry, and people-smart Marketing Coordinator who loves keeping things organized, improving processes, and supporting a busy marketing team with consistency and ownership.
What You’ll Do:
✔️ Support marketing and design teams with daily workflows.
✔️ Coordinate trade shows, Lunch & Learns, and appreciation events.
✔️ Update CRM and handle lead research.
✔️ Manage recurring annual marketing campaigns.
✔️ Create and update marketing assets: newsletters, ads, apparel, swag, website graphics.
✔️ Manage social media channels and website content.
✔️ Run weekly marketing meetings and ensure all materials are organized and production-ready.
