Its curriculum is built around first-principles thinking and real-world projects, covering AWS, Terraform, DevOps, Python, cloud security, and more, all designed to help students build a solid portfolio and land cloud-engineering roles, even without prior cloud experience.
Mission
As the operations manager (integrator), you are the execution engine behind a fast-growing online education, tech training, and SaaS ecosystem. Your mission is to implement EOS (from the book Traction), transform the founder’s vision into clear operational systems, drive cross-team execution, and ensure every idea becomes a measurable, shipped outcome. You bring structure, accountability, and operational clarity to a high-velocity environment, enabling consistent growth across education programs, software platforms, and content channels.
Key Responsibilities
Implement EOS / Traction Operating System
* Translate the founder’s vision into a clear EOS plan (V/TO, rocks, scorecards, issues list).
* Set up and run weekly L10 meetings across all operating pods.
* Build and maintain scorecards with KPIs for each business unit.
* Track rocks, to-dos, and issues; ensure follow-through and completion.
* Institutionalize disciplined planning, reporting, and accountability.
Project & Operations Management
* Convert major initiatives (launches, new courses, cohorts, features, campaigns) into detailed project plans with owners and deadlines.
* Coordinate execution across content, development, marketing, sales, and support teams.
* Own and manage the project tracking system (ClickUp/Notion/Asana) to maintain visibility and momentum.
* Document high-impact SOPs and playbooks (launch workflows, onboarding, content pipeline, support processes).
* Ensure smooth day-to-day operational flow and proactively remove roadblocks.
Business Performance & Reporting (in collaboration with an accounting specialist)
* Build and maintain weekly revenue, cash-in, and performance dashboards across business units.
* Own reporting for revenue, pipeline metrics, student activity, churn, show-up rates, and other KPIs.
* Flag operational gaps early and present solutions-oriented recommendations.
* Provide consistent, simplified reporting for leadership visibility.
Content & Delivery Operations
* Systemize the YouTube → lead → sale pipeline (content calendar, publishing workflow, repurposing).
* Coordinate with editors, designers, and SDRs to maximize content output and lead generation.
* Oversee training program delivery: call schedules, onboarding flows, recording uploads, and community operations.
* Ensure every cohort and training cycle runs predictably and effectively.
People & Hiring Support
* Support hiring, screening, and onboarding of new team members and contractors.
* Ensure every role has clear KPIs, responsibilities, and SOPs.
* Strengthen cross-team communication and alignment using EOS frameworks.
* Contribute to building a high-performance, low-drama culture.
Requirements
* 3+ years in operations, project management, or integrator-type roles in a fast-moving online business (education, SaaS, agency, or similar).
* Strong financial understanding: comfort with P&Ls, KPIs, dashboards, and metrics.
* Exceptional organizational skills; mastery of project tools and processes.
* High ownership, low ego, strong follow-through; comfortable partnering directly with a visionary founder.
* Excellent written and verbal English.
Nice to Have
* Experience in online education or bootcamp-style programs.
* Hands-on experience with EOS/Traction or similar operating systems.
* Familiarity with cloud, AI, or tech-related fields.
Success Metrics (first 90 days)
