About the jobThis is a full-time hybrid role based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, with the flexibility for partial remote work. As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will strategize, plan, and execute marketing campaigns to expand brand awareness and drive business growth. Your responsibilities will include managing marketing budgets, analyzing market trends, leading creative campaigns, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and fostering collaboration with partner brands to achieve their objectives. Regular reporting and adaptability to evolving market demands are key aspects of this role.ResponsibilitiesTo ensure promotional campaigns are correctly implemented at the store level, including briefing staff, leaflet distribution, banner hanging, poster placement, etc.Follow up and conduct surveys on competitors' advertising and promotional activities; do consumer research; and analyze the company's promotional campaign results.To effectively coordinate with franchisors Marketing department for various marketing programs and adapt for Cambodia markets.To work closely with Store Managers to come up with Local Store Marketing (LSM) programs for stores in need.Manage marketing budgets, analyze market trends, lead creative campaigns, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and foster collaboration with partner brands to achieve objectives. Regular reporting and adaptability to evolving market demands are key aspects of this role.QualificationsExpertise in Marketing Strategy, Brand Management, and Campaign PlanningProficiency in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, and Content MarketingStrong analytical skills in Market Research, Campaign Performance Analysis, and Data InterpretationExcellent leadership, team management, and communication skillsExperience in the food & beverage or retail sector is highly desirableBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred)Familiarity with the Southeast Asian market and multi-country operations is an advantage
