Responsibilities

Role: Oracle Techno-Functional (O9 Supply Planning Consultant) — Remote with occasional travel. We are seeking a techno-functional O9 professional with strong hands-on experience in Supply Planning and end-to-end implementation.Key responsibilities: Lead and support end-to-end O9 Supply Planning implementations; gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into O9 functional designs; configure and implement Supply Planning modules (Demand-Supply matching, Deployment, Capacity Planning, etc.); perform solution design, data mapping, model configuration, and testing; collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and integration partners; support data integration (ERP/APO/SAP/Oracle) and validation activities; drive UAT, training, and hypercare; troubleshoot and resolve planning model and system issues.Required skills: Strong hands-on experience in O9 Supply Planning implementation; solid understanding of S&OP, MPS, MRP, Deployment, and Inventory Planning; experience in configuration, data models, workflows, and planning cubes; ability to write functional specs and work closely with technical teams; exposure to integrations and data transformation; strong stakeholder communication skills; techno-functional mindset with problem-solving ability.
