This role drives automation, process optimization, and intelligent decision support across internal business areas by leveraging AI technologies and integrations with existing enterprise systems.The position works closely with IT, Finance, HR, Operations, and other corporate teams to identify opportunities where AI can improve efficiency, scalability, and operational performance.WHAT YOU WILL DOBackoffice AI EnablementDesign and implement AI-driven solutions to optimize Backoffice processes.Identify, prioritize, and execute AI and automation use cases with business impact.AI Development & AutomationDevelop, deploy, and maintain AI models, intelligent workflows, and automation solutions.Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, ITSM, data platforms).Systems Integration & DataWork with structured and unstructured data sources to enable AI-driven insights.Governance, Security & ComplianceEnsure AI solutions comply with security, privacy, and governance standards.Collaboration & EnablementPartner with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.Support adoption through documentation and best practices.WHAT WE REQUIRE5+ years of experience in AI/ML, data-driven automation, intelligent systems, or software engineering (e.g., AI Engineer, ML Engineer, Data Scientist with production experience) with at least 3+ years of experience focused on AI development and automation.Experience using GitHub for source control, collaboration, versioning, and review of AI and automation code, following established development and security practices.Hands-on experience with AI technologies including LLMs, prompt engineering, natural language processing, document intelligence, and automation tools.Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise systems.Solid understanding of Middlewares, REST APIs, webhooks, and event-driven integrations.Experience designing and implementing data pipelines and preparing data for AI use.Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP) and managed AI/ML services.Experience with version control, CI/CD, and basic MLOps practices.Ability to translate business/backoffice problems into technical AI solutions and measurable outcomes.
