The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the staffing industry and a proven ability to build relationships, identify opportunities, and drive business growth among mid and enterprise level markets. This is an internal role focused on account development, lead generation, and client engagement.Location: Remote (Located within Orange County)Full Time - Base + Commission Key Responsibilities:Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target marketsMaintain and grow existing client relationshipsUnderstand client staffing needs and provide tailored solutionsCollaborate with recruiters and other internal teams to ensure client satisfactionMeet and exceed sales targets and KPIsMaintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activitiesQualifications:1+ year of sales experience, preferably in the staffing or recruiting industryStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environmentCRM experience preferredSelf-motivated with a positive attitude
