No bureaucracy. You'll have a seat at the table and a direct line to the person making decisions.You won't be hiring for boring back-office roles. You'll be building our creative engine—the video editors, designers, and creative strategists who drive the ads that drive the revenue. These are hard-to-find roles that require real headhunting, not just posting jobs and waiting.You'll own the full recruiting function.
