Requirements and responsibilities
Key Responsibilities: US Banking & Payment Integration — Lead integration of ACH, Wire (Fedwire/SWIFT) and US card networks; Own full payment lifecycle: routing, ledger, reconciliation, idempotency and retries; Drive sandbox testing, live rollout and payment performance monitoring. Treasury & USD Flow Enablement — Partner with Treasury on liquidity, settlement timing and return handling; Build scalable systems for reconciliation and operational controls. Bank + Crypto Product Innovation — Define on/off-ramps, USD balance, payout and settlement products; Translate market research into actionable product strategy. Platform, Risk & Compliance — Design reusable payment infrastructure and fallback logic; Work closely with Risk and Compliance to meet US regulatory standards.
