We care more about presence, communication, adaptability, confidence, and your ability to connect with an audience.This is a part-time, remote opportunity supporting our TikTok Shop live commerce team.What you’ll do:Host live shopping sessions featuring fragrance productsEngage viewers and answer questions in real timeLearn fragrance products and communicate their differences clearlyCreate an entertaining, welcoming shopping experienceUse conversational selling techniques to drive salesApply coaching and feedback to continuously improveWhat we’re looking for:Strong on-camera presence and communication skillsComfortable speaking and interacting for extended periodsDependable and receptive to coachingSales, customer service, content creation, livestreaming, or hosting experience is a plusAvailability Thursday, Friday, and/or Saturday evenings, especially after 7 PM EasternSelected candidates will participate in a structured audition before moving forward. Hosts who join the team receive product training, structured onboarding, coaching, and ongoing performance feedback.
