Sedrus is hiring a Senior AI Engineer to build production-grade AI agents, automation systems, and internal tools that reduce manual work across GTM, CRM, recruiting, and company operations.What You'll DoBuild an internal CRM and AI automation layerDevelop GTM agents for call preparation, meeting capture, follow-ups and pipeline updatesConnect tools such as Notion, email, calendars and GranolaBuild recruiting agents for sourcing, screening and interview workflowsIdentify repetitive business processes and automate themDesign agentic systems combining LLM reasoning, deterministic software and human approvalBuild AI evaluation, observability and failure-handling systemsWork directly with leadership to identify high-value automation opportunities✅ Requirements5+ years of software engineering experienceStrong backend/full-stack development experienceProduction experience with APIs and third-party integrationsHands-on experience with LLMs and agentic AIExperience with n8n, Zapier, LangChain, LangGraph or similarKnowledge of structured outputs, tool/function calling, retrieval and context managementStrong LLM evaluation skillsAbility to write production-quality code—not just no-code automationsStrong product sense and business-process automation skills⭐ Strong PlusExperience with internal AI tools, GTM/recruiting automation, multi-agent systems, and taking LLM applications from prototype to reliable production.⚠️ Location note: The listing specifies South America/LATAM, so applicants outside the eligible region may have a low chance of receiving an offer.
