About the RoleLooking for an independent, commercially minded Growth Marketing Manager to own end-to-end B2B marketing strategy. This isn't a role focused on vanity metrics or standard social media posting. The ideal candidate is both a strategist and an execution engine who can define the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), execute high-converting email outreach and drive tangible inbound business development leads. You’ll work closely with executive leadership in a fast-paced, non-corporate environment with full ownership of the marketing roadmap. 4 hours to start with the room to become perm.Key ResponsibilitiesClear-cut definition of the Ideal Customer Profile and strategic execution of campaigns targeting key decision-makers.Build, run, and optimize targeted email outreach and multi-channel campaigns designed specifically to generate warm B2B leads.Leverage SourceWhale and JobAdder to streamline outreach, track engagement, and optimize lead flow.Create compelling copy, manage deliverability, track funnel metrics, and report on conversion rates.Act as an autonomous partner to leadership - managing priorities, maintaining momentum, and driving initiatives forward.Key RequirementsProven track record in B2B marketing/growth within the Recruitment/Staffing sector.Direct experience building and scaling outbound email campaigns and generating inbound B2B sales pipelines.Hands-on experience with modern outreach tools (SourceWhale preferred or similar sales engagement platforms) and CRM systems (JobAdder a strong plus).High autonomy, highly organized, relaxed, and adaptable in a fast-moving, non-corporate culture.Access to your own preferred working setup/laptop (MacBook preferred for design/marketing software, though not mandatory).
