About New Car Superstore: - New Car Superstore is a US-based online auto broker. - We help customers buy or lease a brand-new car at a payment we have already negotiated, 100% online, delivered to their door - no dealership visit, no haggling. - We are hiring directly for this role: no agency and no intermediary, you would work with our team. The Role: - You are the first voice our customers hear. - You will work inbound and outbound leads by phone, text and email, qualify them, and book appointments for our sales team. - This is a real conversation, not a script - our customers are making a major purchase and expect to speak with a real person. What You Will Do: - Call, text and email new and existing leads. - Qualify budget, timeline and vehicle preference. - Book and confirm appointments for the sales team. - Follow up consistently on leads that do not close on first contact. - Keep notes and lead records accurate and up to date. What We Are Looking For: - Fluent, clear, confident English - you will be speaking with US customers all day. - Full-time availability, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Pacific Time. - Your own computer with fast, reliable internet. - A quality headset with a noise-cancelling microphone. - A quiet, dedicated home workspace. - Comfortable spending the day on the phone and handling a high volume of calls. - Experience in appointment setting, inside sales, or customer service is preferred. - Automotive experience is a plus, but not required. Compensation: - Hourly base pay plus commission, paid every month. - This is a long-term, full-time position with real room to grow your earnings as you get good at it.
