This opportunity is for you!Position: Senior Business Analyst📍 Location: Remote – Latin America🗣️ Language: Fluent English & Spanish💻 Employment: Full-time🌍 100% Remote work from anywhere in Latin America.What You'll Do:Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.Lead workshops and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.Translate business needs into user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.Support CRM initiatives using Microsoft Dynamics 365.Define requirements for Power BI dashboards, KPIs, and reporting solutions.Work with data teams on data mapping, quality, lineage, and integrations.Manage Agile backlogs, sprint planning, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).Participate in AI and data-driven initiatives that create measurable business value.Required Experience:5+ years as a Business Analyst, Senior Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, or similar.Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.Experience gathering requirements for Power BI reporting and analytics.Strong understanding of SQL, data flows, data mapping, and relational databases.Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and business process documentation.Agile/Scrum experience.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.English proficiency (B2+) and Spanish fluency.Nice to Have:Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)Azure SQL, Data Warehouses, ETL/ELTAzure Data Factory, Microsoft Fabric, Synapse Analytics, DatabricksAI, Machine Learning, Predictive AnalyticsCertifications such as CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, PSM, PSPO, Microsoft Power BI, or Dynamics 365What You'll Get:Opportunity to work on enterprise-scale CRM, BI, Data & AI initiatives.Collaborative international team.Exposure to cutting-edge Microsoft technologies.Interested in this opportunity or know someone who would be a great fit?
