Our platform helps manage over 30 million lives for our partners, empowering users to prevent and manage conditions like diabetes, hypertension, and obesity. If you're excited to work at the intersection of healthcare, AI, and human-centered design, we'd love to meet you. What you'll doDrive the AI Coaching roadmap, turning member insights, behavior science, and business goals into shipped work.Build for trust, designing the guardrails and human-in-the-loop moments that keep members safe and confident.Run a sharp measurement practice: clean experiments, the right metrics, and real evidence behind key decisions.Partner tightly with the App and Enrollment teams on shared work and shared goals, keeping everyone aligned around member outcomes. What you'll NeedYou bring a builder's mindset. You've taken products from zero to one, you're comfortable in ambiguity and sharp with data, and you're curious about why people do what they do.
