What we’re looking forWe are looking for an AP Analyst to join our Accounts Payable team at SurveyMonkey, the world’s most popular platform for surveys and forms, built for business and loved by users. This candidate will report to the Global AP and T&E Manager. This role will be instrumental in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and timely processing of invoices, payments, and employee expenses. The is a hands-on position, ideal for someone with strong organizational skills who takes pride in accuracy and policy compliance.What you’ll be working onProcess high-volume vendor invoices, execute payment batches, and maintain accurate transaction records.Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve workflow bottlenecks, ensuring accurate coding and timely invoice approvals.Perform proactive duplicate payment checks, reconcile general ledger accounts, and coordinate month-end close activities.Manage vendor onboarding and resolve documentation discrepancies, and handle external vendor inquiries.Audit employee expense reports to verify compliance with company policies.We’d love to hear from people withBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (or equivalent practical experience).3+ years of progressive experience in a full-cycle Accounts Payable role.Solid working knowledge of NetSuite, particularly its AP modules and vendor master data management.Proficiency with Coupa (including CoupaPay) or a similar Procure-to-Pay platform.Experience with Navan, Ramp, or Brex (or similar travel and expense tools).The base pay provided for this position ranges from CAD $63,750.00/year - $75,000.00/year depending on the geographic market and assuming a full-time schedule.
