The accountability here is delivery: programs that run reliably, on schedule, and at a standard the field recognizes. The role partners across Sales, Business Development, Channel, Sales Engineering, Technical Account Management, Customer Success, Renewals, Product Marketing, Product, and Revenue Operations. Few positions at Azul offer comparable exposure across the business. What You'll Do (aka Responsibilities)Sales Kickoff 2027 — design and buildSales Kickoff is the largest enablement program of our year.
